It isn't a complicated part, so the chances for it being "inferior" are slim. However, it is your brakes. You'd hate to find out it failed at the wrong moment. I'd lean toward going OEM for something involving brakes, but if you decide to go the non-oem route, keep a very close eye out for ANY signs of leakage.
